The gear set includes an HD hardened steel ring gear and matching differential output pinion gear that are both designed to be installed with zero modifications. Our HD Steel Front Differential Gear Set is a bolt-on upgrade that replaces the Traxxas OEM part #8578. (NOTE: The matching HD Steel Rear Differential Gear Set is Integy part #C33688)
