INTEGY RETURN PRODUCT CONDITIONS
Please read the information on this page completely before submitting a return. Qualifications for the return of Integy products are dependent on the product condition, as described below. You can print the return form by clicking the link below:

NOTE: FOR INTEGY PRODUCTS PURCHASED ELSEWHERE:
- AMAZON: Log in to your account and use your Order History to initiate a return.
- EBAY: Log in to your account and go to Purchase History to initiate your return.
- THIRD-PARTY/ONLINE: Contact the seller where you made your purchase for their return policies and procedures.
- LOCAL HOBBY SHOP: Contact the hobby shop where you made your purchase for their return policies and procedures.
FOR RETURNS OF BRAND NEW UNOPENED PACKAGE ITEMS
Brand new, unopened-package items purchased from www.integy.shop or integy.com may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unopened item returns may be assessed a 10% restocking fee which will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
FOR RETURNS OF OPEN PACKAGE, UNUSED ITEMS
All returns of open package but unused items will be visually inspected upon receipt; if there are no indications of damage, attempted installation, modification, and/or usage of the product, then the opened package return will be approved. All opened package returns may be assessed a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Please note that returns are not accepted for:
- Items that have been installed or show signs of installation.
- Items that have been used, regardless of the amount of time used.
- Items that have been modified or have been customer-repaired.
- Items that have mechanical and/or cosmetic damage.
- Items that are returned incomplete (missing parts).
- Items sent beyond 30 days from the order date.
- Items not purchased directly from Integy stores
- Any chemical or liquid items such as shock oils, diff fluids, grease, etc.
- Any unsealed/opened box ARTR/RTR/roller chassis.
RETURN PACKAGING AND POSTAGE
The customer is required to take care of any associated return costs; we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. No returns will be accepted beyond the initial 30-day return window (regardless of product condition). All items must be return shipped in appropriate protective packaging (a shipper's box, bubble or pillow wrap, etc.). We do not send back any non-returnable items sent to us unless customer prepays for return postage.
SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS
Shipping charges are not included in the refund for items that are not returned due to a warehouse error and/or approved warranty claim. Store credit will only be issued once the product has been received and approved. Store credits are processed within 1-2 business days of approval.
STORE CREDIT ONLY
All refunds are via store credits only from the same Integy store of purchase. Store credits can only be applied to future orders, for parts that are in stock and available at the time an order is placed. Store credits cannot be retroactively applied to already existing orders or used across other Integy storefronts.
THIRD PARTY SELLER or HOBBY SHOP REFUNDS
We do not issue any refunds for parts purchased from a third-party seller; for third-party returns you will have to request your refund, exchange, or credit from the original store/place/seller you purchased the item from.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not do product exchanges; Simply return the item for store credit, and then you can purchase the new item you want.
RETURN TO SENDER / RTS PACKAGES
Shipments that are returned to our warehouse as "Return To Sender" regardless of reason are refundable per customer request via store credit only.
CUSTOMER CANCEL REQUEST
If an order has not been processed and completed, there is a small window where we may be able to cancel the order prior to it shipping. If this is the case and the cancellation is approved, there will be no restocking fee. Note that in this case the refund will still be via store credits only. However, if the order has already been given a tracking number, it is considered a completed order.
The Returns and Exchanges policy shown here is the most current and active policy for www.integy.shop and www.integy.com, and supersedes any previous policy terms (printed or stated elsewhere online). All returns will be subject to the current policy at the time a return is submitted, regardless of the item date of purchase.
