Traxxas TRX-4M Defender owners can upgrade from the stock ladder frame to our Carbon Fiber Chassis Rail Kit. Our chassis rail kit replaces the stock stamped metal rails with lighter but stiffer and stronger carbon fiber. The carbon fiber frame design angles the center skid area 5-degrees upward, dropping the motor position for a lower CG and also adding more rear passing clearance. New shock mounts/towers with multiple shock mounting locations are built into the rails, while two alloy braces tie the shock towers together for added reinforcement and overall chassis stiffness. The Carbon Fiber Chassis Rail Kit is available in carbon fiber color only.
NOTE: Can be used with Traxxas Bronco body with modifications, see guide here.
