Our HD Steel Gear Set for the HPI Baja 5B, 5T, 5SC, and 5B 2.0 replaces the stock plastic spur gear and stock pinion gear with HD steel for more strength and resistance to melting. The HD Steel Gear Set bolts right onto the Baja drivetrain with no modifications required.
We have four different spur and pinion gear sets available:
58/16, part #BAJ109 (for more acceleration)
57/17, part #BAJ110 (the same as OEM)
56/18, part #BAJ111 (for more top speed)
55/19, part #BAJ112 (for even more top speed)
