We have a very limited run of the gearbox housing that people have been asking us to reissue for a long time: our Billet Machined Gearbox Set for Traxxas 1/10 Jato RWD! This reissued gearbox housing is identical to our original #T8002, with the 3-piece design, 3-axis machining, and shiny clear anodizing. Your stock bearings and internals drop right into the housing just like stock, as this is a true bolt-on upgrade with no modifications required to your vehicle. This is a replacement for all Jato 2.5 and 3.3 models equipped with the Traxxas OEM gearbox housing, part #5591.
We only have a limited number available. The gearbox will be silver only, and each housing includes:
- 1x Left-side aluminum alloy gearbox Half
- 1x Right-side aluminum alloy gearbox Half
- 1x Aluminum alloy differential cover
- 1x Aluminum alloy brake cam
- 2x M3x10 screws
- 2x M3x18 screws
REGARDING BATCH #2: We are reserving the first 20 of this second batch to customers who did not get one of the first batch. We are doing this to give everyone who wants one a chance to get at least gearbox housing, not hoard them to resell later for a profit (you know who you are, so do we). Same terms apply: one (1) gearbox per order, no pre-order, no reservations, no back orders, first come first served.
